As the hot July sun sank slowly over the western horizon the first ever NM Roadsters Kappa Koffee was held at Durango Joe’s Coffee Shop in Farmington. Deb and James Walker were joined by new Farmington resident Larry Ernie. Larry is an owner of a Bluestone Sky of which he had just taken delivery of only weeks before moving to Farmington. He is making arraignments to move his wife and Sky to Farmington at the end of August. Larry says he’s ready to test the roads of New Mexico and Southern Colorado in his Sky before the weather turns cold. We enjoyed fine conversation as we got to know each other and share experiences we’d had in and out of our cars. We are looking forward to building lasting friendships as the NM Roadsters Club expands and organizes rides on the highway and byways of New Mexico. Look for the notice for next months gathering.
